The PIONEER LAB, with its large start-up network and holistic start-up support concept, supports and accompanies start-ups from the very first idea. We have therefore made it our mission to support all those interested in founding a company, freelancers, start-ups or innovative / technology-based start-ups or companies from all sectors.

Re regularly bring our community together at creative and innovative start-up events, live networking and share valuable expertise. With eight coworking spaces of our own, you will find a suitable contact point and a regional network in all of Germany’s start-up strongholds. Just drop by, we look forward to your visit!

With the right start-up infrastructure, the Pioneer Labs, we offer you the opportunity to realise your ideas in your own company, live the entrepreneurial spirit and give founders a home in our coworking spaces.

The Pioneer Lab accompanies you on your start-up journey with targeted and professional coaching and education programmes. This provides you with the right tools, support and customised expertise for your individual start-up phase.

With creative and innovative event formats, we live the start-up culture at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences and AMD Akademie Mode & Design and bring the community together. Our events are a platform for gaining information and knowledge and for an intensive exchange of experiences.

In the PIONEER LAB, we offer top start-up support with the COMPANY BUILDER that leaves nothing to be desired. Our differentiated programmes are designed to provide you and your start-up with the best possible support, regardless of your stage of development. From the initial idea to market entry, we support you with a customised range of funding that includes the ALLROUND INCUBATOR, the elevateHER Incubator specially designed for female founders, the powerful Accelerator and the growth-oriented Grow Programme.

6-month Germany-wide start-up programmes for top-level funding for 30 selected start-ups each year
Free participation without submission of participations – enrolment at the Fresenius universities is not a prerequisite

Innovation Challenge

Join us in developing innovative business ideas: Become part of the Innovation Challenge

This innovative concept is designed for aspiring individuals who want to become future founders and offers you the opportunity to learn and apply the basics of business development. Our program combines modern working methods with customer-oriented strategies to support you step by step in creating a viable business plan.

Two options to participate in a challenge:

Bring your own idea and open this challenge to other participants.
Join another idea and team up with others.

The program offers a structured journey with five accompanying workshops. The goal is to have a completed business plan, a business model canvas, and a pitch deck and to present the results to a jury.

Our seminar places great emphasis on iterative processes that allow you to continuously improve your business plan. With personalized support throughout the entire program, you will become more confident and better prepared for your entrepreneurial journey.
