Ludwig Fresenius Talent Network

Do you want to get more out of your studies, develop personally and make valuable contacts? That’s exactly what the Ludwig Fresenius Talent Network is for – the exclusive network for committed students and pupils of the Fresenius Education Group.

Here you get access to unique opportunities, inspiring events and a strong network that will take you further.

What are you waiting for? Become part of the network and apply by March 15
or September 15 – every semester anew!

The Talent Network

  • Do you have a strong feeling of being a highly committed person, are you active at the universities and/or are you committed to our society, sport, art or culture and/or have high ambitions for your future? Then apply for the Ludwig Fresenius Talent Network at your campus.

Highlight: Mega-Event

We can talk a lot – but in the end, it’s what you experience that counts! Once a year, our mega event brings the entire Ludwig Fresenius talent network from all over Germany together in one place. Two days full of networking, exciting program points, inspiring inputs and real team spirit. ✨

Whether it’s interactive workshops, impulses from the field or joint team-building activities – this is where connections are made that last and experiences that take you further.

A real highlight of the talent year – and you can be part of it! 🚀

Promoting special talents

THE ROLE OF TEACHING

No one is closer to our talents than the university’s teaching staff. Involving teaching is therefore a high priority for the Ludwig Fresenius Talent Network (LFTN). There are two important aspects to the inclusion of teaching:

Talent Professor: For each department at all university locations, the LFTN is supervised by a talent professor. This person plays a key role in the decision to admit new talent. In addition, a talent professor contributes ideas and contacts to the programme design for the talents. A Local Hero is responsible for organisational and administrative tasks at each location.

Recommendations: Before each application phase, the LFTN of the respective location writes to the teaching staff and asks for recommendations of particularly committed students. These students recommended by the teaching staff are also asked to submit an application for the LFTN in an individualised message with the subject line “You have been recommended for the Ludwig Fresenius Talent Network!”.

“The talent network of Fresenius University of Applied Sciences and AMD Akademie Mode & Design is designed to support you in developing precisely these success factors and accompany you on your career path. If you show the passion and commitment of a special candidate – we take care of your special opportunities!”
