WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR TALENTS?

Our talents are not only encouraged, but also strongly challenged. The talent network ensures a lively exchange and we expect the following from our talents:

Attendance at network events
Contributing/implementing your own ideas for the semester programme
Respectful interaction with all members

The talent network

Do you have a strong feeling of being a highly committed person, are you active at the universities and/or are you committed to our society, sport, art or culture and/or have high ambitions for your future? Then apply for the Ludwig Fresenius Talent Network at your campus.
If you have been recommended for the talent network by the apprenticeship, this will automatically be taken into account in your application documents.
The following documents are required for your application:

Tell us why you deserve to be part of the exclusive talent network. Where do your talents lie and where do you show exceptional commitment? When sorting your thoughts, use our talent triangle as a guide.

Show us who you are. Your CV is more than a list: It reflects your journey, your passions and your determination. Don’t just summarise what you’ve learned and achieved, but also show how these experiences have shaped you.

Your achievements on paper. With your certificate of achievement you give us an insight into your academic strength

If you have been recommended for the talent network by the apprenticeship, this will automatically be taken into account in your application documents.

Application process

If your application documents are complete and in order, you will be invited to a selection day at your campus. This usually lasts 3-5 hours. During this time, you will get to know the talent professors and your community manager as well as current talents and will show in individual interviews and group work followed by a pitch that you are a talent and deserve to be included in the network.
