Simin Levinson is a Clinical Professor in the College of Health Solutions and a Barrett Honors faculty member and is credentialed as a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and board-certified specialist in sports dietetics (CSSD). Her specialty areas include Sports Nutrition, Cultural Foods, and Blue Zones. She is the Program Director for the BS and BAS Food and Nutrition Entrepreneurship programs in the College of Health Solutions.Â
