On the Studyplus homepage, click “Forgot password?” below the login form. Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions to set a new password.
Log in to Studyplus and open your profile. Under “Registrations”, you’ll find all the courses you are currently registered for. Courses you have already attended can be found under “Participations”.
Booking
No. You can only add one course to your shopping cart and complete the booking process at a time. Once your registration is complete, you can book another course.
Each course has its own registration period, which is displayed on the course page. As long as registration is open, you can register directly via Studyplus.
Currently, there is no waiting list. However, you can save a course to your favourites and check regularly to see if places become available again.
Cancellation
In most cases, you can cancel your registration directly via Studyplus up to three days before the event starts. After this deadline, please contact the course organiser using the email address provided on the course page.
Missing a course once without prior notice will not have any consequences. However, repeated no-shows may result in lower priority for future registrations or removal from upcoming courses.
Courses
Under Development Courses, you’ll find all available courses. Use the topic areas, filters or the search function to find suitable courses—for example by language, location or keywords such as AI, learning or statistics.
Each topic area has dedicated contact persons who are happy to advise you. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at any time – we’re happy to help.
